摘要:
不断创新的人才培养模式,是远程开放教育发展的基石与动力之源。社会对土木工程人才要求日益提高,远程开放教育土木工程专业的人才培养遇到了前所未有的挑战。为此,以浙江广播电视大学为例,采用分层随机抽样的方法,在数据处理的基础上,通过模型分析,对远程开放教育土木工程专业人才培养模式的创新与实践进行研究,为远程开放教育土木工程人才培养开拓新的思路,并在实践中探索相应的改革措施与条件,具有较强的现实意义。利用信息化教学优势,结合学生的特长,走校企合作的“个性化”远程开放教育土木工程人才培养之路将大有可为。
Abstract:
The innovative talents training approaches are the foundation and drive of the development of distant open education. The increasing demands for the civil engineering talents have brought about the unprecedented challenges for training civil engineering talents in distant open education. Taking Zhejiang Radio and TV University as an example and through random sampling, the authors conduct an empirical and practical study on a new training approach of civil engineering talents in distant open education. On the basis of the data processing and model analysis, the research provides new thoughts for the training approach, and proposes corresponding reform measures. Therefore, the research is of practical importance. By combining the advantages of informationalized teaching with students’ specialties, the individualized talents training approach through the cooperation between the universities and the enterprises has a bright future.
