摘要:
在“互联网+”时代,互联网是一种社会“操作系统”,并且与具有创新性、颠覆性特征的新技术对远程教育产生了深远的影响。现有的研究缺乏系统地、全面地理解“互联网+”新技术对远程教育的影响。在介绍技术与教育发展史后,分析了互联网与远程教育的关系演进过程,以及新技术与远程教育的关系。并重点分析了“互联网+”时代新技术的特性以及对远程教育的影响。在分析当下远程教育中存在的几个问题及原因后,从远程教育理论构建和实践创新来探讨远程教育的发展新阶段、互联网思维的融入、远程教育理论的重构、新技术的融入、泛在学习环境的构建、多元评价体系的创设等,以期对当下远程教育理论与实践的完善和发展有所裨益。
Abstract:
In the era of“internet +”, the internet is a kind of social "operating system", it has a significant impact on distance education with the innovative, disruptive new technology. Existing research lacks systematic and comprehensive understanding of new technologies how to affect distance education in the “internet +” era. First of all, after presenting the evolutionary history of technology and education, this study analyzes the evolutionary process of internet and distance education, and the relationship between new technologies and distance education. Then, the paper construes the characteristics of new technology and its influence on distance education in the “internet +” era. Finally, based on explaining several problems and its reasons in distance education , the paper probes into some thought from these aspects: the new stage of distance education, integrating with internet thinking, reconstructing the theories of distance education, integrating with new technologies, constructing the ubiquitous learning environment, establishing multiple evaluation system, etc., hoping to be beneficial to the improvement of distance education.
