摘要:
以科学引文数据库为数据来源,对“数字鸿沟(digital divide)”为主题的1741篇外文文献进行了文献计量分析以及共被引分析,绘制了国际数字鸿沟研究领域的知识图谱,对国际数字鸿沟领域的研究现状、热点、关键文献及前沿进行了全方位、系统的分析、解读。研究发现:数字鸿沟是一个全球性的问题,自上世纪末以来,全球各领域学者对数字鸿沟问题进行了广泛的研究,其中,欧美国家的研究者在数字鸿沟研究领域具有突出贡献;国际数字鸿沟的研究热点包括:数字鸿沟的定义和内涵、不同群体使用互联网的差异、数字鸿沟的成因及演变,以及数字鸿沟的社会影响;国际数字鸿沟研究领域的前沿主要包括三个方面:新媒体应用引发的信息社会不公平问题、第二道数字鸿沟及其弥合策略的研究,以及发展中国家的数字鸿沟研究。基于上述分析结果,提出了几点对促进教育信息化及教育均衡发展的建议。
Abstract:
This study selected “digital divide” as the term to retrieve in the Web of Science database and a total of 1741 papers were downloaded as a result. Bibliometric and co-citation analyseswere conducted to draw the knowledge map of digital divide, analyzing and interpreting the researchstatus, hotspot issues, key literatures and frontiers of digital divide comprehensively and systematically. The results showed that digital divide has become a common problem worldwide, which attracted attentionsfrom researchers and organizations all over the world since the end of the last century. Researchers in the European and American countries have made tremendous contributions to the research of digital divide. Besides, researchers focused on the following aspects in terms of the digital divide: definitions and characteristics of the digital divide, differences amonggroups regarding withusing the Internet, causes and evolution of the digital divide and the impact of digital divide. The research frontiers of the digital divide included:inequality of information society triggered by social media, second-level digital divide and thebridgingstrategies, anddigital divide in developing countries. Based on the above analyses, the article proposed several suggestions for promotingeducational informatization and balanced development of education.
