摘要:
移动云学习与创新创业教育无疑都是当前人力资源开发和教育领域中热点问题之一。一个是从微观层面强调教育技术、手段与方法的变革,另一个是从宏观层面凸显教育主题与内容的社会意义,两方面的研究在国内都属于起步阶段,尚处于概念解析、渊源探讨、重要性阐述向实践体系构建的原则、方法和路径探讨的过渡之中;尚停留在高等教育体制内的学术研讨层面。缺乏将理论应用于实践领域的产业化模式及平台;缺乏将新的移动云学习技术应用到创新创业人才培养中的研究与实践。因此,依托移动云学习平台,融合大数据技术,借助微课、慕课手段,突破传统学校创新创业人才的培养模式,打造基于o2o的混合式、智能型的企业级学习管理与人才管理平台,为大学生及青年群体提供一站式的创新创业教育解决方案,以推动移动互联网时代创新创业人才培养模式的变革就具有很强现实意义。
Abstract:
Mobile cloud learning and innovation entrepreneurship education is undoubtedly one of the hottest issues in the field of human resource development and education. The former is from the micro level to emphasize the reformation of education technology, means and methods; the latter is from the macro level to highlight the social significance of educational themes and education contents. Both the researches of Mobile cloud learning and innovation entrepreneurship education are at the initial stage within China. They are still in the transitional period from the analysis of concept, discussion of their origins and the exposition of their importance to the construction of practice system and the principles and methods of this practice system. Moreover, it still remains in the academic research level within the higher educational system. There is a lack of Industrialization model and platform to apply theory to practice and also a lack of research and practice to apply new mobile cloud learning technology to innovation and entrepreneurship training. Therefore, innovation and entrepreneurship education relying on mobile cloud learning platform and integration of large data technology and the means of Micro-Class, MOOC breaks through the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurship talents in traditional schools, and then bases on online to offline hybrid, intelligent enterprise-class learning management and talent management platform. The education model for college students and young people provides one-stop innovation and entrepreneurship education solutions and promotes the reformation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training model in the era of internet.
