摘要:
增强现实(Augmented Reality,简记AR)技术是继泛在学习、移动学习之后,人们寄予厚望能够革新传统教育的技术,该技术在三维空间或现实的物理世界上叠加一层计算机产生辅助信息,提供了观察和认知世界的新视角。国内外已有许多研究者对AR技术如何应用于教育及应用效果进行了较为深入的研究,研究发现将AR技术应用到教育中能够加深学习者对学习内容的理解、给学习者提供动手操作的机会进而提升学习者的实践能力、促进学习者的学习参与度及学习者之间的协作、提供维持学习者学习动机的外部激励。现阶段的AR作为一种崭新的教育技术,还存在着一些如优质AR教育资源稀缺、AR定位精度与边界不清晰等需要克服的问题。
Abstract:
Augmented reality(AR) is the most promising technology for reforming the traditional education system after ubiquitous learning and mobile learning. The assisted information was overlaid upon objects from the 3-D space or real world. Academic researchers have done a lot researches about how to use AR in teaching and learning. They find that AR-based educational applications are able to help learners facilitate understanding of the abstract concepts, provide opportunity of practice to improve the practical operational abilities and enhance engagement and collaboration among students. What’s more, AR technology can provide and maintain the learners’ learning motivation. In spite of the advantages of the usage of AR technology in teaching and learning, AR educational applications are still in its infancy, there are many challenges needed to be addressed: shortage of usable AR resources such as teaching contents and authoring software, inaccurate positioning AR technology and blurring boundary between real world and virtual objects introduced by the AR technology.
