摘要:
使用技术能有效帮助开发和利用形式多样的学习资源,建立平等的生态学习系统,使得学习在任何时间和地点都成为可能。解读2017美国国家教育技术计划“重塑技术在教育中的作用”,能够从学习、教学、领导力、评价、基础设施等五个方面学习和把握美国教育技术领域的最新成果和发展趋势,为我国教育技术信息化的发展提供启示,为构建基于技术使用的教育生态发展环境提供借鉴。
Abstract:
The use of technology can help develop and utilize diverse forms of learning resources and build an equal ecological learning system, making ubiquitous learning and all-the-time learning possible. Interpretation of 2017 U.S National Educational Technology Plan Update: Reimagining the Role of Technology in Education from the five aspects of learning, teaching, leadership, assessment, and infrastructure can help learn and grasp the update achievements and development tendency of educational technology, which can result in effective inspirations of promoting and improving the educational technology in China and construct a development environment for education ecology based on the use of technology.
