《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确指出,加强优质教育资源开发与应用,建立开放灵活的教育资源公共服务平台,促进优质教育资源普及共享。结合当前“班班通”工程建设的现状与教育资源建设存在的问题,提出通过利用云计算技术构建班班通数字化教育云资源库来解决这些问题,依次阐述了班班通数字化教育云资源库的定义、特点与内容,并重点论述了班班通数字化教育云资源库的构建原则、构建模式和平台架构,以及多层级班班通数字化教育云资源库的具体构建过程与方法,以期通过这一举措来加快推动我国基础教育的发展,逐渐缩小各地区的教育差距并实现教育公平。
Abstract:
China’s National Plan for Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development (2010-2020) states explicitly that the development and application of quality education resources should be strengthened, open and flexible public service platform on education resources should be built, the popularization and public sharing of quality education resources should be promoted. In accordance with the present situation of “class to class” and the existing problems while building education resources, the paper, in order to solve the problems mentioned above, proposes constructing “class to class” digital education resources library by means of cloud computing technology. Then, the definition, features and contents of “class to class” digital education resources library are introduced, and its construction principles, modes and platform framework are mainly discussed, and the specific construction process and methods of different levels of digital education resources libraries are also illustrated. This study explores how “class to class” digital education resources library accelerates the development of Chinese basic education and gradually narrows the educational gap among regions and realizes educational equity.
