2013美国教育传播与技术协会(AECT)国际年会,10月29日至11月2日在美国加尼福利亚州洛杉矶东南近郊的橘子郡阿拉海姆镇召开,来自世界各地的学者、专家800多人参会。年会在"创新、整合与交流"(Innovate-Integrate-Communicate)这一主题下,共为参会者提供了777场会议发言和学习、交流与研讨机会。通过大会的主题报告、主席专场报告、分会论坛与发言、圆桌专题论坛和论文张贴等形式,本届年会展示了当今教育技术的运用与研究成果,体现了教育技术在研究方法、创造性、新型媒体与移动技术等诸多方面的发展趋势,同时也探讨了教育技术蓬勃发展的态势以及其所面临的种种挑战。
Abstract:
The Association for Educational Communications and Technology (AECT) International Convention is a major professional conference in educational technology in the United States of America. This paper presents the state and development trends of educational technology as they are revealed through the AECT 2013 International Convention held in Anaheim, California, USA. The paper reports the conference theme: Innovate, integrate and communicate through its keynote speeches, presidential sessions, concurrent presentations, panel discussions, as well as posters sponsored by its divisions and affiliations. In the paper, authors also comment on the hot issues, challenges and opportunities in the field of educational technology from perspectives of the conference organizer, presentation facilitators and participants.
