MOOC在我国高等教育领域的研究与实践越来越深入。从2013年开始,我国企业也逐渐引入MOOC作为企业教育的一种方式。从现有的文献进行检索,目前缺乏企业MOOC的研究文章。本文调研了我国两个代表性的企业MOOC,具体分析了企业MOOC的现状,包括:基于ADDIE框架分析了企业MOOC项目流程,比较了企业MOOC与高校mooc的差异,比较了企业MOOC与企业E-learning的差异。本文进一步研究了企业MOOC的特征属性,本文认为,企业MOOC在类型属性上是CMOOC,在认知目标属性上是基于任务的MOOC,在目前的运营模式上是SPOC。本文分析了企业中推进MOOC面临的挑战,以及针对企业MOOC进行了展望。本文认为,高校mooc是传统课堂知识的移植,而企业MOOC体现了企业知识的创造,知识从无到有的过程。企业MOOC是企业知识的生产车间,未来基于企业MOOC可以建立一个巨型的我国企业知识中心。
Abstract:
Recent years has witnessed deep research and practice in MOOC in the field of higher education in China. From the beginning of 2013, China’s enterprises have gradually introduced MOOC as a way of enterprise education. Retrieved from the existing literature, there is currently a lack of researches on the enterprise MOOC. The current situation of enterprise MOOC is analyzed after studying two representative Chinese enterprises MOOC, including: the analysis of the enterprise MOOC project process based on ADDIE framework, the comparison of enterprise MOOC with university MOOC, the comparison of enterprise MOOC and enterprise E-learning. After the attributes of enterprise MOOC are further studied, it is proved that enterprise MOOC is CMOOC in the type of property, is the task based on MOOC in the cognitive attribute, and is SPOC in the current mode of operation. The challenges faced by the enterprise to promote MOOC are analyzed, and enterprise MOOC is prospected in the paper. University MOOC is actually a transfer of traditional classroom knowledge, while enterprise MOOC embodies the creation of enterprise knowledge. With enterprise MOOC the production workshop of enterprise knowledge, a giant Chinese enterprise knowledge center can be built based on enterprise MOOC.
