摘要:
近年来在线学习热度进一步提升,尤其是地平线报告提出未来的在线学习技术包括学习社交化,国内外研究者发现学习社交化有利于提升学习者的学习绩效,这为研究学习与社交带来了契机。在线学习社区作为在线学习的重要形式之一,尤其是在线学习社区逐渐走向社交化的学习模式,使得非正式学习、碎片化学习、微学习等成为在线学习社区主流的教学模式。在线学习社区具有学习性和社交性两大特征,本研究引进社会学理论分析在线学习社区的学习与社交,通过网络结构、网络关系、信任、认知四个维度分析在线学习社区的学习与社交的影响因素,立足于构建良好的在线学习社区社交与学习相互促进的关系。最后,基于社会资本理论提出优化在线学习社区的学习与社交策略,旨在为在线学习社区的建设、实践和未来研究提供支持。
Abstract:
With the popularity of online learning, especially when the horizon report states that online learning technologies should include learning socializing, domestic and foreign researchers also find that learning socializing helps enhance learners’ academic performance. Online learning community is as an important form of online learning. With online learning community gradually becoming a socializing learning model, informal learning, fragmented learning and micro learning have become the main teaching models in online learning community. Online learning community has the characteristics of learning and sociability, which are analyzed in the paper with sociological theory. From the perspectives of network structure, network relationship, trust and cognition, the factors influencing learning and sociability of online learning community are discussed, so that learning and sociability are mutually promoted. Finally, based on social capital theory, the strategies of improving learning and sociability of online learning community are put forward, aiming at supporting the construction and practice of online learning community and future researches.
