摘要:
创新教学方式以促进应用型人才的培养,是目前教育界关注的热点,其中,翻转课堂为提升应用型人才的培养效果提供了可能。基于21个学时的摄影课程教学,对比分析“翻转课堂+特定教学策略”与传统教学模式在高校少数民族应用型人才培养中的实践效果,结果显示,“翻转课堂+特定教学策略”能够显著提升学生的分析能力、认知成熟度,进而促进批判性思维。同时,还能够更有效地提升少数民族大学生的知识习得与学业成就,尤其对低起点学生学业成就的促进作用更为明显,但对元素养没有显著影响。另外,对不同性别学生的批判性思维、元素养和学业成就的影响均未见显著差异。
Abstract:
Flipped classroom could promote the cultivation of applied talents which is a research hotspot in current educational field. This paper compares the impact of "flipped classroom & specific teaching strategy" and "traditional teaching mode" on ethnic minority college students based on the 21 credit hours photography teaching. Results show that "flipped classroom & specific teaching strategy" can significantly improve the students’ ability of analysis, cognitive maturity, and promote critical thinking, but does not affect the metaliteracy significantly. Also, it can promote the minority college students’ academic achievement effectively, especially for the Poor academic performance students. In addition, the impact on critical thinking, metaliteracy and academic achievement had no significant difference in students of different gender.
