摘要:
随着自适应学习技术、学习计算、机器学习等先进学习分析技术的逐步成熟,以改善学习体验和促进学生个性发展为目标的个性化学习路径,有了可实现的契机。通过对数据集驱动下的学习工程学研究范式介绍,揭示了数据分析对学习理论和技术增强下的学习材料的应用价值。之后,对个性化学习服务的实施阶段和外部新技术支持进行了阐述,对基于学习行为数据的个性化学习特征进行解析,并进一步设计基于数字化学习环境下的学习者数据肖像模型。在此基础上,对个性化学习路径的内涵与特征进行了剖析,提出基于数据肖像模型的个性化学习路径实施框架。通过研究设计个性化学习路径系统平台结构,明确各功能层服务定位,可以为该类平台的开发提供有益的启示。
Abstract:
With the gradual maturity of advanced learning analytics technology that including adaptive learning technology, learning computing and machine learning, there is an opportunity to achieve it for personalized learning path whose objective is to improve learning experience and promote the development of students’ personality. Through the introduction of the study paradigm of learning engineering driven by data set, the paper reveals the application value of the data analysis to learning theory and technology enhanced learning materials. Then, the implementation phase and external new technologies’ support of personalized learning service are described and personalized learning characteristic based on learning behavior data is explained. The digital portrait model of digital learning environment is further designed. In addition, we analyze the connotation and characteristic of personalized learning path and put forward the implementation framework of personalized learning path based on the digital portrait model. Finally, we design the platform structure of personalized learning path system and define the functional level of service orientation for the purpose of providing useful inspiration for the platform development.
