摘要:
教育技术伦理既是促进现代社会教育发展的客观需要,也是教育技术学科建设与发展的必然需求,还是教育技术及相关行业工作者必须遵守的基本道德准则。在J. Michael Spector, M. David Merrill, Jan Elen和M. J. Bishop 主编的《教育传播与技术研究手册(第四版)》第10章《教育技术的伦理》中,作者Stephanie等人以综述的方式,对教育技术专业伦理规范的发展、当代教育技术伦理问题(如,知识产权和开放内容、无障碍和全方位设计、访问和数字鸿沟、安全和隐私、跨文化能力)和关于社会责任的四种伦理模型(技术社会伦理模型、作为设计的伦理概念模型、社会责任规划和设计模型、意动领域复兴模型)作了回顾。但是这一章节关于教育技术伦理的研究还相对微弱,并不能在教育技术的实践中提供操作性的行动指导。所以,对该章节没有介绍却非常具有行动指导意义的学习环境的价值层次和教育技术伦理框架进行了分析。期望教育技术实践活动在将伦理作为基本要素的同时,专业伦理研究也能更多聚焦于问题情境,并不断提升专业工作者的伦理意识和实践理性。
Abstract:
Ethics of educational technology is not only the objective need of promoting the development of modern social education, but is the inevitable demand of education technology subject construction and development and is basic moral standards of education technology workers who should abide by. In chapter 10th of the first part of Handbook of Research on Educational Communication and Technology (Fourth edition),the development of a code of ethics for the profession, and contemporary ethics hot issues and four models were be reviewed. But the study of ethics of education technology in this chapter can’t provide operational guidance in the practice of education technology. So this paper we introduced the value level of learning environment and ethical framework of education technology which did not appear in the chapter. We also hope that ethics can be a basic element of the practice of educational technology, problem situation can be focused on by the ethics of educational technology research, and educational technology workers can constantly improve the ethical awareness of discipline and practical reason.
