当前的学习分析和教育数据挖掘研究大多聚焦于在线理论知识学习和认知课程,而缺乏对实践操作类课程学习行为的研究。而从实践操作过程中的学习行为数据出发进行行为模式发现,可帮助教师更好地理解学习者的建构过程,为课程教学反馈和学习评价提供支持。基于虚拟仿真课堂的学习分析是在已有行为模式发现研究进行梳理的基础上,对建构学习下的学习行为模式和学习效果开展的量化研究,可以进一步分析行为模式与学习效果之间的关系。研究发现,根据学习者的学习行为可以划分出“顺其自然学习群体”、“积极学习群体”以及“消极学习群体”等三类不同的学习行为模式群体,且不同群体在最终学习效果上存在着显著差异。对不同学习行为模式群体进行的讨论,可以为实践操作类课程的反馈和评价提供参考借鉴。
Abstract:
Most of the current learning analytics and educational data mining research focus on online theoretical knowledge learning and cognitive courses. However, limited scopes focus on learning behavior of practical courses. The discovery of behavioral pattern based on the learning behavior data during the practice process can help teachers better understand the students’ constructive process and provide support for instructional feedback and learning assessment. Learning analytics based on virtual simulation is the quantitative research of learning behavioral pattern and learning achievement in constructive learning to analyze the relationship between the behavioral pattern and learning achievement under the review of previous behavioral pattern work. The results show that students are been divided into three different learning behavioral pattern groups according to their learning behavior, including "natural learning group", "active learning group", and "negative learning group". Moreover, there are significant differences in learning achievement among groups. The discussion of different learning behavioral pattern groups can give insights for feedback and assessment of practical courses.
