摘要:
学习分析技术是智慧教育视域下实现数据驱动教与学决策与变革的核心动力。OIM关系链(Objective/Indicator/Method,即目标/数据/方法简称)设计思想的引入,可以确保学习分析的行动指向和最后的应用成效,激发对于在学习分析实施中加以教育学方法指导的关注。为此,构建服务于理解学习行为、学习设计评估等不同教育问题情境的OIM关系链分析规则尤为必要。基于案例元分析法,通过选取144个学习分析技术与知识(LAK)国际会议在2013-2017年期间会议论文中的学习分析应用案例后,再使用分析目标(O)、数据指标(I)、技术方法(M)三个维度17个分类指标对这些案例进行标识,最后采用多重对应分析和聚类分析提炼出的基于OIM关系链的学习分析规则,可为在不同问题情境下目标、数据和方法之间的分析提供一般性实施路径。对基于OIM关系链的学习分析规则的研究为今后学习分析的实践提供新研究视角和技术路线,并促进学习分析应用的常态化发展,提升智慧教育视域下学习分析应用与实践的效能。
Abstract:
Learning analytics is a core power to realize data-driven teaching and learning under the vision of smart education. In order to ensure action orientation and application effect of learning analytics, OIM (Objective/Indicator/Method) relationship chain is introduced to stimulate the focus on pedagogy-based guidance in implementations of learning analytics. 144 application cases are selected from International Conferences on Learning Analytics and Knowledge from 2013 to 2017, and are marked with 17 classification indicators from three dimensions of analysis objectives, data indicators and technical methods. Through multiple correspondence analysis and cluster analysis, 10 OIM relationship chains served different educational problems are extracted from these cases, such as understanding learning behavior, learning design assessment. Combined with current open and diverse education ecology, OIM based open learning analytics system is further proposed. The study aims to provide a new research perspective and technical route for future practice of learning analytics, and hope to promote normal application and improve effectiveness of learning analytics practice for smart education.
