有针对性的反馈是师范生教学技能提升的必要条件和关键环节。传统的“录播—点播—交互”微格教学系统由于数据采集功能薄弱、学习行为分析功能欠缺等,使得学习者获得的反馈信息模糊、零散。智慧微格教室的出现为精准反馈提供了环境支持,探讨其精准反馈作用机制具有一定的理论和实践价值。精准反馈模型是在文献系统梳理的基础上,结合建构主义反馈作用机制和智慧微格教室的技术特征,提炼并验证得出的,其包含了六个核心要素为本体信息、学习者信息、绩效评价、过程监测、适切资源和发展计划;对核心要素的内在关联及反馈过程的逻辑演进关系分析显示,智慧微格教室精准反馈模型是一个内、外部交互作用的动态循环系统,涵盖自我反思、外部反馈、活动开展、环境支持等子系统,由融合性反馈内化的核心层、生成动态性数据资源池的交互层和提供开放性智慧场域的支持层共同构成。
Abstract:
Targeted feedback is a necessary condition and key link for the promotion of teaching skills for normal college students. The traditional “recording-on-demand-interaction” micro-teaching system makes the feedback information scattered and fuzzy due to weak function of data collection, and lack of analysis function of learning behavior. The emergence of intelligent micro-classroom provides environmental support for accurate feedback. It has theoretical and practical value to explore the accurate feedback mechanism of the intelligent micro-classroom. Combining the constructive feedback mechanism and the technical characteristics of the intelligent micro-classroom, we refine and validate the six core elements of the accurate feedback model: ontology information, learner information, performance evaluation, process monitoring, appropriate resources and development plans on the basis of combing the literature systematically. An analysis of the inner relationship of the core elements and the logical evolution relationship of the feedback process shows that the accurate feedback model of intelligent micro-classroom is a dynamic and cyclical system of internal and external interaction, covering subsystems such as self-reflection, external feedback, activity development, and environmental support. It consists of a core layer of internalization of fusion feedback, an interaction layer that generates a dynamic data resource pool, and a support layer that provides an open intelligent field.
