摘要:
学分银行能够实现不同类别、不同层次教育间的衔接与沟通,有助于消除农村社区教育发展的不平衡、不充分,促进终身教育体系的构建和完善。从学分银行的内涵出发,借鉴国内外学分银行研究的理论和实践经验,结合我国农村社区教育实际,可以发现学分银行与农村社区教育的新型关系。学分来源和学分分类是学分银行服务于农村社区教育的两个逻辑起点,为充分发挥学分本土化、生产性、创新性、服务性和生活化等特点,学分银行服务于农村社区教育的现实路径主要有:服务于地域文化教育,服务于“三农”建设,服务于企业教育,服务于特殊教育,服务于学习者个性化需求。
Abstract:
Credit bank is capable to help to connect education from different categories and levels. It benefits to decrease unequal, inadequate education in rural communities, consolidating a better lifelong education system. Based on the connotation of credit bank and the theoretical and practical experience of credit bank research at home and abroad, this paper explores the new relationship between credit bank and rural community education in combination with the practice of rural community education in China. Sources and categories of credit are two logical starting points of the credit bank serving the rural community education. In order to give full play to the characteristics of credit of localization, productbility, innovation, service and life, etc, the path of the credit bank serving the rural community education including serving regional culture education, serving “3 farming” construction, serving enterprise education, serving special education, serving personalized needs of learners.
