随着近几年高校创新创业教育的不断推进,对成人高校创业教育绩效进行评价已成为重要课题。为此,选择来自开放大学或其他成人高校的学生(含已毕业学生)进行实证调查,运用SPSS分析工具,采用层次回归方法对研究假设进行检验,以分析成人高校创业教育绩效评价影响因素。研究发现:成人高校的绝大多数学生对创业教育绩效评价未达到满意,仅为较好水平;通过主效应与中介效应检验,发现创业课程、教育方法、教育管理、教育师资正向影响创业意向,创业课程、教育管理、教育师资正向影响创业行为;创业意向、教育管理、教育师资在创业课程与创业行为之间起中介作用;通过调节效应检验,发现创业环境在创业意向和创业行为间起调节作用。研究结果体现了成人大学生的创业需求与群体特征,以及影响成人高校创业教育绩效的关键因素,构建了面向智能时代的成人高校创业教育体系,并提出针对性的政策建议。
Abstract:
With the continuous advancement of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in recent years, the evaluation of the performance of entrepreneurship education in adult colleges has become a realistic subject to be studied. To this end, students from open universities or other adult colleges (including graduated students) were selected for empirical investigation. With SPSS analysis tools and hierarchical regression method, the paper tests the research hypothesis and analyzes the factors which impact the performance evaluation of adult colleges and universities. The study found that the majority of students in adult colleges are not satisfied with the performance evaluation of entrepreneurship education, but only at a good level; through the main effect and intermediary effect test, it is found that entrepreneurship curriculum, education methods, education management, education teachers are positively affecting entrepreneurial intention; Curriculum, education management, and education teachers are positively affecting entrepreneurial behavior; entrepreneurial intentions, education management, and education teachers play an intermediary role between entrepreneurial courses and entrepreneurial behaviors; through the adjustment effect test, it is found that the entrepreneurial environment plays a regulatory role between entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial behaviors. Based on these research results, this paper discusses the entrepreneurial needs and group characteristics of adult college students, as well as the key factors affecting the performance of entrepreneurship education in adult colleges. It explains the system construction of adult college entrepreneurship education system in the intelligent age and proposes targeted policy recommendations.
