摘要:
随着“互联网+”时代的到来,“云计算”“大数据”等新兴技术与教育领域产生了深度融合。教师的教学、教师的管理,在时间上、内容上、方法上、空间上都呈现出创新和融合。随着《教育信息化2.0行动计划》的出台,对教师的专业能力尤其是班级管理能力提出了更高要求和挑战。在“互联网+”时代,如何提升教师的班级管理能力,如何利用网络资源进行班级管理,成为中学教师尤其是教育薄弱区域的乡村教师关注的焦点。乡村教师班级管理能力检核模型采用文献资料编码、行为事件访谈文本编码、德尔菲法、问卷调查等技术,通过细化分解形成由6个基本要素和14个能力要点构成的基本框架,每个能力要点解析成不合格、合格、良好、卓越4个层级。乡村教师通过阅读检核模型可以测评自己的班级管理能力及素养现状,诊断自身与卓越教师的班级管理能力及素养之间存在的差距,从而规划自己的班级管理能力及素养发展与提升的方向。教师培训机构和教师管理者可以通过调查,评估“互联网+”时代乡村教师班级管理能力的表现水平和培训需求,开发有针对性的乡村教师班级管理能力网络课程资源,建立信息化“合作研究共同体”,引导班级管理研究者、班级管理优秀教师与关注班级管理的乡村教师,利用协同创新中心、教育部重点实验室等平台,构建“社会圈子”,提升乡村教师的班级管理能力及素养。
Abstract:
With the advent of the "Internet +" era, the "cloud computing", "Big data" and other emerging technologies and the field of education have produced a deep integration. The teaching and management of teachers present innovation and integration in time, content, method and space. “Education informatization 2.0 action plan”puts forward higher requirements and challenges for teachers’ professional ability, especially class management ability. How to improve teachers’ class management ability in the era of "Internet+", especially how to use network resources for class management, has become the focus of attention of middle school teachers, especially rural teachers in education weak areas. The auditing model of Class Management Ability of rural teachers in the "Internet +" era adopts the techniques of document coding, behavior event Interview text coding, Delphi method, questionnaire survey and so on. It has been decomposed into 6 basic elements and 14 ability points. Each ability point includes 4 levels of analysis: unqualified, qualified, good, excellent. Rural teachers can accurately diagnose their current status of class management ability literacy, find out the gap between their class management ability literacy and excellent teachers’ class management ability and literacy, and clarify the development and improvement direction of their class management ability and literacy through reading “The auditing model of class management ability of rural teachers”. Through the auditing model, managers can clear the level of performance and training needs of rural teachers’ classroom management ability and the quality , develop the network curriculum resources targeted class management ability and the quality promotion, establish informatization "cooperative study community", guide the class management of researchers, excellent teachers rural teachers concerned with class management, use collaborative innovation center, key laboratory of the ministry of education, and other platforms, build "social circle", promote rural teacher’s class management ability and accomplishment.
