摘要:
人工智能正加速袭来,正不断冲击着人们的生产、生活、学习等各个领域。在智能+时代背景下,教育该如何有效应对?学校该如何培养面向智能化时代的创新性人才?教育该如何应用人工智能技术来提升自身的内涵与发展?2019年3月,联合国教科文组织(UNESCO)发布了《教育中的人工智能》报告,无疑成为世界各国进行“人工智能+教育”变革的驱动力与新指南。该报告以促进教育的个性化、公平性和包容性,驱动教育管理步入全新的台阶,和帮助学生为“就业革命”做好准备为战略目标,从构建人工智能时代的教育生态系统、建设与发展教育科学中的人工智能、开发与利用教育大数据三条路径,指导政策制定者、教育者、相关研究人员、教育企业等开展“人工智能+教育”实践。对应我国当前人工智能的教育应用现状,需要进一步树立以人为本的人工智能教育政策观;探索有中国特色的“人工智能+教育”之路;用交叉学科培养“人工智能+X”人才;培育人工智能时代公民的基本素养;尽快为教育大数据的安全立法,加强对教育大数据的监管。
Abstract:
Artificial intelligence is fleetly coming, constantly impacting people’s production, life, learning and so on.What changes should education make in the context of Intelligence + Age? How should schools train innovative students in the era of AI? How should education apply artificial intelligence technology to enhance its connotation and development? In March 2019, UNESCO released the report "Artificial Intelligence in Education", which undoubtedly became the guide and driving force to promote the reform of "Artificial Intelligence + Education" in the world. This report aims at promoting the individuality, fairness and inclusiveness of education, driving education management to a new level, and helping students prepare for the "employment revolution". It guides policy makers and educators through three paths: building an educational ecosystem in the era of artificial intelligence, building and developing artificial intelligence in educational science, and developing and utilizing big data in education. The practice of "artificial intelligence + education" has been carried out by relevant researchers and educational enterprises. According to the current situation of the application of AI in education in China, we need to further establish the people-oriented policy of AI education; to explore the way of "AI+ education" with Chinese characteristics; to cultivate "AI+X" talents with interdisciplinary disciplines; to cultivate the basic literacy of citizens in the era of AI; and to legislate for data security as soon as possible, strengthening the supervision of educational data.
