摘要:
开放大学高质量发展的关键点在于必须走适应时代发展、符合自身特征的教学变革之路。广播电视大学40年的教学变革积累了宝贵的经验,但还存在着“教学定位不够清晰、教学供给不够适需、信息技术与教学的融合欠缺深度、学习成果认证及转换应用推进缓慢、教学质量标准不够科学”等不平衡、不充分发展的问题,开放大学高质量发展视域下的教学变革,必须以“立德树人”为根本,以教学质量标准构建为主线,立足教学变革的内在逻辑,本着“整体性、时代性、协同性、有效性”的四个基本原则,探索“五位一体”开放大学新时代高质量教学变革路径。
Abstract:
The key point of high-quality development in Open University is to take the road of teaching transformation that conforms to the development of the times and adapts to its own characteristics. A lot of precious experiences have been gained from the past forty years of teaching transformation in our University, while there are some shortcomings such as unclear teaching orientation, inadequate supply of teaching, lack of going deep in the integration of information technology and teaching, slow progress in accreditation, conversion and application of learning achievements, and lack of science in setting standards of teaching quality. By taking the construction of teaching quality standards as the main line, holding the internal logic of teaching transformation as a foundation, and insisting on four fundamental principles such as “integrality”, “developing with times”, “cooperation”, “effectiveness”, teaching transformation in Open University from the perspective of high-quality development must be based on “strengthening moral education and cultivating people”, and construct a model of “Five-in-One” based on teaching quality standards.
