教师信息技术创新应用能力建设,是以“创新”为引领的教育信息化2.0建设的重点;构建教师信息技术创新应用能力框架,是教师信息技术创新应用能力建设的先决条件。2017年,国际教育技术协会(ISTE)以技术创新教学为主导思想,发布了新版《教师信息技术应用能力标准》。在详细解读新标准的能力维度及指标、分析信息技术创新应用特色的基础上,借鉴《ISTE教师标准》的创新灵魂和框架结构,我国中小学教师信息技术创新应用能力框架应以给学生学习赋权为出发点、以学生核心素养发展为诉求、以教师创新型角色为依托、以教学法创新为具体内容,从而构建包含创新设计者、学习促进者、建设性评价者、主动学习者、积极合作者、模范示范者等能力维度的中小学教师信息技术创新应用能力框架。
Abstract:
Teachers’ ability to innovatively apply ICT has become the focus of e-learning 2.0 guided by innovation. Constructing the framework of teachers’ ICT competency is the prerequisite for teachers’ ICT competency building. In 2017, the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) issued a new version of the teacher’s ICT competency standards with the guiding ideology of technological innovatively teaching. This paper interprets in detail the dimensions and indicators of 2017 ISTE standards for educators, and analyses its innovative application characteristics. Referring to 2017 ISTE standards for educators, the framework of primary and secondary school teachers’ ICT competency in China should start from empowering students to learn, pursue the development of students’ core literacy, rely on teachers’ innovative role, and take the innovation of teaching methods as the specific content. This paper constructs the framework of primary and secondary school teachers’ ICT competency with the ability dimensions of innovative designer, learning facilitator, constructive evaluator, active learner, active collaborator and model demonstrator, and discusses the basic points and main manifestations of each competency dimension.
