《地平线报告》可被视为教育领域对支持教学、学习和创造性探究的新兴技术趋势的持续时间最长的探索,可为高等教育领域进行技术支持的教育创新和教学实践的推广提供前瞻性引导性建议,具有极高的研究价值。考虑到2020年报告框架的变化,文章不再对今年的报告内容进行解读,而是以2015-2020年报告中的关键技术案例为研究样本,提取各年度报告中提及的326份案例进行内容分析,研究案例中出现频次最多的技术应用于创新实践的趋势。文章根据技术促进教学创新的不同阶段,将分析维度界定为技术创新、教学创新、组织变革、绩效评估和影响因素等五个维度,并据此对自适应技术、人工智能、学习分析和扩展现实等四项技术的案例进行编码,通过编码结果分析针对这些技术的研究主题的变化情况。
Abstract:
The Horizon Report is considered as the longest exploration in education to discover the trends of emerging technologies that support teaching, learning and creative inquiry. The high research value of annual reports is highlighted through forward and guiding recommendations provided for the research fields in higher education all over the world including technology-enhanced educational innovation strategy, the promotion of teaching practices, etc. Instead of interpreting the content of this year’s report, a research on the cases of key technologies in the reports from 2015-2020 has been proceeded in consideration of the framework change in the 2020 report. Content analysis on 326 cases as research samples mentioned in the reports has been used to find out the trends in the application of technologies with the most frequent occurrences in research cases to innovation practices. Five dimensions including application services, teaching practices, performance assessment, organizational changes and influencing factors have been designed, based on different stages of technology enhanced educational innovation, for encoding the cases related to adaptive technology, artificial intelligence, learning analysis and extended reality. The changes of the research topics related to these technologies have been analyzed through coding results.
