摘要:
1995年CERNET接入国际网络,开启了我国追赶以网络化为特征的世界教育信息化先进水平之历程。25年来,我国科学谋划、精心部署、全面推动教育信息化建设,已使之具备了由追赶世界先进水平,跨越到引领全球的条件。“引领”将成为新时代我国教育信息化发展的主旋律和新使命。为此,总结提炼中国教育信息化的发展特色,探讨中国教育信息化的引领方向,是教育信息化引领教育现代化加速实现的必然要求。回眸25年中国教育信息化的发展,我国教育信息化形成了高速发展、跨越式发展、普及性发展、创新性发展、战略性发展的五大特色;立足于智慧时代我国教育信息化未来发展,离不开教育信息化的支持支撑;我国教育信息化必须加快转段升级,充分凸显教育信息化“九化”技术特征和信息技术变革教育的本质特征,在教育领域发挥“器”“术”“法”“道”贯通的变革作用,在理论层面加速实现信息智慧理论、知行创合一理论、协同认知理论的创新引领,在实践层面加速实现教育模式创新引领、教师时代性升华引领、大教育发展创新引领、创新教育公平引领等。
Abstract:
In 1995, CERNET was connected to the international network, which started the process of catching up with the advanced level of world education informatization characterized by network in China. In the past 25 years, China’s scientific planning, careful deployment and comprehensive promotion of education information construction have made it possible for China to catch up with the world’s advanced level and lead the world. "Leading" will become the main theme and new mission of China’s education informatization development in the new era. Summarizing and refining the development characteristics of China’s educational informatization, and discussing the leading direction of China’s educational informatization are the inevitable requirements for educational informatization to lead the accelerated realization of educational modernization. Looking back on the development of China’s education informatization in the past 25 years, China’s education informatization has formed five characteristics of high-speed development, leapfrog development, universal development, innovative development and strategic development; based on the future development of China’s education informatization in the era of wisdom, China’s education informatization cannot be separated from the support and support of education informatization; China’s education informatization must accelerate the transformation and upgrading to fully highlight the education information The "nine modernizations" technology characteristics and the essential characteristics of information technology reform education play the role of "instrument", "technique", "method" and "Tao" in the field of education, accelerate the innovation and guidance of information wisdom theory, theory on unity of knowledge and action and creation ,and collaborative cognitive theory at the theoretical level, and accelerate the innovation and guidance of education mode, teachers’ era sublimation and greatness at the practical level Education development innovation leading, innovation education equity leading, etc.
