数字画像是大数据助力精准教研的决策工具。目前,教师网络研修社区的经典评价方法存在可靠性、效用性和导向性偏弱的问题。对此,首先采用基于数据科学的大数据驱动研究范式,基于浙江名师网235个教师网络研修社区的样本数据集,采用主成分分析法提取研修社区的研修资源和研修活动的主特征,包括交互生成类资源、名师精品类资源、教学实践类活动和教学反思类活动。然后,基于教师研修社区的数字画像模型,选择浙江名师网100个研修社区作为应用测试数据集,聚类分析发现研修社区存在三种特征类型及其运行模式,包括潜能成长型、特长发展型和全能突出型,进行逐步回归分析发现三种类型研修社区的研修成效影响因素,并生成相应干预策略。最后,设计教师网络研修社区的数字画像原型,验证其感知有用性、感知易用性和使用态度。研究结果能发挥数字画像的评价决策功能,帮助网络研修社区负责人精准施策,提高研修社区的研修成效。
Abstract:
Digital profiles are a decision-making tool for big data to facilitate accurate teaching and research. At present, the classic evaluation method of teachers’ online training community has the problems of weak reliability, utility and guidance. In this regard, this study first adopted a data-driven research paradigm, based on the sample data sets of 235 teachers’ online training communities in Zhejiang Famous Teachers Network, and used principal component analysis to extract the main characteristics of the training resources and training activities of the training community, including interactive generation resources, boutique resources of famous teachers, activities of teaching and practice, and activities of teaching and reflection. Then, based on the digital profiles model of the teachers’ online training community, 100 training communities of Zhejiang Famous Teachers Network were selected as the application test data set. Cluster analysis found that the training community has three types of characteristics and operation modes, including potential growth type, specialty development type and The omnipotent outstanding type, stepwise regression analysis found the influencing factors of the training effectiveness of the three types of training communities, and generated the intervention strategies of the training communities. Finally, design the digital profiles prototype of the teachers’ online training community and verify its perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and attitude. This research can give play to the evaluation and decision-making functions of digital profiles, help the leaders of online training communities to accurately implement strategies, and improve the training effectiveness of the training communities.
