摘要:
为了解当前的数字化学习现状,进而为教学改革提供驱动信息,2020年3月,云端学习管理系统Schoology发布了第三份数字化学习报告——《2020数字化学习现状》。报告聚焦教师和管理者两个群体,从挑战和优先事项、数字化学习策略与资源、技术的使用、数字公民与社交媒体、教学方法、专业发展与合作、数字学习对人的影响等方面,展示了全球数字化学习的现状,并总结出影响当前及未来数字化学习发展的十大结论:数字化教学工具在帮助教师提高绩效上作用明显;教师迫切期盼按需定制的专业发展支持方式;数字化学习正成为区域教学策略的组成部分;对数字化学习所需基础设施及人员进行投资,正成为地区及学校的共识;正式的数字公民计划呼之欲出;学习管理系统对数字化学习及学生成绩正产生积极影响;编程类课程开始受欢迎,机器人技术等方兴未艾;评估管理工具的价值日益凸显;社交媒体开始应用于教育教学中;学生触网不足令教师担心,但增加1:1项目可能是较好的解决方案等。基于报告的解析,构建了后疫情时期数字化学习的新框架,讨论了数字化学习:场景、工具、课程、学习策略以及教师专业发展等,以期为今后数字化学习的进一步发展提供借鉴。
Abstract:
Digital learning has become a common learning method. In order to have a better understanding of the current situation of global e-learning in the field of basic education and predict its development trend, the cloud learning management system Schoology platform released third reports on the status quo of digital learning in March 2020,The report focuses on teachers and managers, Introducing the current situation of digital learning from seven sections including challenges and priorities, digital learning strategies and resources, use of technology, digital citizenship and social media, teaching methods, professional development and cooperation, and the impact of digital learning on people.Ten conclusions affecting the current and future development of digital learning are summarized. namely, teachers are striving to use digital tools to increase classroom efficiency and save time,there’s a critical need for relevant and effective professional development;most schools and districts view digital learning as an integral part of their teaching and learning strategy,districts are investing in the personnel and infrastructure required for effective digital learning;the need for required, formalized digital citizenship programs is spreading,learning management systems have a positive impact on digital learning and, in turn, student achievement,coding is here to stay, but robotics is on the way;Assessment management tools are proving their value for educators across the U.S,Twitter is a hub for educators looking to expand their PLN and grow professionally,lack of student access to technology at home remains a top concern for teachers, but growing 1:1 programs can help.Based on the analysis of the report, this paper constructs a new framework of digital learning in the post epidemic period, and discusses digital learning: scenes, tools, courses, learning strategies and teachers’ professional development, so as to provide reference for the further development of digital learning in the future.
