在新冠疫情的影响下,全球范围高校普遍采取在线授课的方式进行教学,面对“互联网+教育”和“互联网+教研”的时代变革,教师的教学学术功能凸显重要。对高校在线教师教学学术能力进行分析和评价,有利于把握当前高校在线教师教学学术能力水平,并有效导引在线教师教学学术能力评价体制机制的建立。基于对教学学术及高校在线教师能力水平相关文献的分析,初步构建了高校在线教师教学学术能力评价指标框架,并通过两轮专家咨询、结构方程模型指标路径分析和层次分析法,确定指标权重等系列过程,最终形成了包含教学准备、课程资源开发、在线教学和交流反思4个一级指标、10个二级指标和32个三级指标的高校在线教师教学学术能力评价指标体系。通过对1471位高校在线教师教学学术能力的问卷调查,结果表明,指标体系具有较高的科学性和使用价值,能够较为有效地诊断高校在线教师教学学术能力等级和存在的短板,为培养和发展教师教学学术能力提供一定参考依据。
Abstract:
Under the influence and promotion of covid-19, universities and colleges have generally adopted online teaching. In the face of The Times change of Internet + education and Internet + teaching and research, teaching as an academic form has become inevitable. In order to effectively evaluate the online teaching academic ability of university teachers, based on literature analysis and interviews, college teachers online teaching teachers’ role conversion and existing research achievements, academic force through two rounds of expert consultation, construction and analysis of structural equation model and analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to establish the contains teaching preparation, curriculum resource development, online teaching and communication reflect 4 first-level indicators, 10 secondary indicators and 32 tertiary indicators of online teacher teaching evaluation index system of academic ability. And then, through questionnaire survey, selected 1471 teachers in colleges and universities offer online courses teaching the application of the evaluation index system of academic ability, to prove the scientific nature and the use value of the index system with high and effective diagnostic online teachers’ teaching level and academic competence of short board, to cultivate and develop the teaching academic ability for reference.
