摘要:
教师信息技术应用能力是有效体现信息技术与教育融合发展的必备能力,当前我国正大力推进中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升工程2.0。为了进一步探寻该能力在课堂教学中的应用现状,并精准测评教师能力水平,对课堂教学行为分析、教师信息技术应用能力及事例图谱的研究现状进行了梳理,从2017-2019年中小学展示与培训活动的1225节模拟展示课中所评选出27节特等奖作研究样本,开展了如下研究:对教师教学行为进行编码,采用滞后序列分析法研究教学行为序列,探析差异化教学行为序列下隐性的教师信息技术应用能力水平;对不同行为序列与教学行为时长进行显著性分析,针对教师信息技术应用能力维度的量级侧重,将教师划分为启发型、活动型、评价型与创新型四种教师教学风格,开展教师信息技术应用能力测评;对不同风格教师的信息技术应用能力测评事理图谱进行表征,挖掘课堂中的教学行为规律,为教师信息技术应用能力的提升提供可视化依据,促进教师开展课堂教学分析、教学反思和专业能力提升。
Abstract:
Teachers’ information technology application ability is the key ability to promote the integrated development of information technology and education in the era of education information 2.0 . At present, In our country is vigorously promoting the information technology application ability improvement project for primary and secondary school teachers. In order to explore the effective application of teachers’ information technology application ability in classroom teaching and accurately evaluate teachers’ ability level, sorts out the status quo of classroom teaching behavior analysis, teacher information technology application ability and event logic graph. Combined with the 27 classes selected from 1225 classes,simulation demonstration class in the primary and secondary school information technology and teaching integration innovation demonstration and training activities , the teaching behavior of teachers is coded, and the lag sequence analysis method is used to study the teaching behavior sequence. This paper analyzes the recessive level of teachers’ information technology application ability under the differentiated teaching sequence. Based on the significance analysis of different behavior sequence and teaching behavior duration, the paper divides teachers into four teaching styles: initiation, activity, evaluation and innovation, and carries out the evaluation of teachers’ information technology application ability. This paper characterizes the information technology application ability evaluation event logic map of different styles of teachers, excavate the teaching behavior rules in the classroom, provides a visual basis for the improvement of teachers’ information technology application ability, and promotes teachers to carry out classroom teaching analysis, teaching reflection and professional ability improvement.
