摘要:
人机协同教学场景对教师的现有能力结构提出了新的挑战,以融合数据素养和AI素养为基本属性的教师数智素养是教师应对挑战的必然选择,它将成为未来复杂和多变社会中教师核心素养的重要组成部分。教师数智素养是教师在数智时代为了完成学习、工作和生活等方面的目标而合理、有效和符合伦理地融合使用人工智能技术以及多种类型数据的能力。教师数智素养包括基本数智知识与技能、高阶数智思维能力、数智信念与伦理三方面的内容,其在解决人机协同教学问题的每个阶段都发挥着关键作用,强人工智能的出现将会使教师数智素养更为强调高阶思维能力和数智伦理。根据以实践为中心的教师教育发展趋势,教师数智素养的培养应该围绕一组“数智核心实践”进行组织,帮助教师发展数智知识、技能和信念。
Abstract:
The human-machine collaborative teaching scenario poses a new challenge to the existing ability structure of teachers. The Teachers’ Data Intelligence Competence (TDIC)with the basic attributes of integrating data competence and AI competence is an inevitable choice for teachers to cope with the challenge, and it will become an important component of teachers’ core competence in the complex and changing society in the future.TDIC is the ability of teachers to rationally, effectively and ethically use artificial intelligence technology and various types of data in order to achieve their goals in study, work and life.TDIC includes basic data intelligence knowledge and skills, higher-order data intelligence thinking ability, data intelligence belief and ethics, which plays a key role in solving human-machine collaborative teaching problems at each stage. The emergence of strong artificial intelligence will make TDIC emphasize more on higher-order thinking ability and data intelligence ethics.According to the development trend of practice-centered teacher education, the cultivation of TDIC should be developed based on “core practices of data intelligence”to help teachers develop their knowledge, skills and beliefs of data intelligence
