摘要:
以构建能够像人类一样理性地思考和行动的智能系统为目标的人工智能,经历了两次低谷期和三次热潮期,认知计算则是在第三次热潮期开始崛起的,提供了实现人工智能的现实路线图。目前虽然没有认知计算的统一定义,现有定义的共同特征是:认知计算指主要来自对人脑功能的研究而得出的一系列技术,它描述了各种人工智能和信号处理的结合,是一种模仿人脑处理信息并增强人类决策能力的技术。以此为基础,论述了认知计算的系统架构图,即在5G网络、物联网、机器人技术和云计算基础设施等技术的支持下,涉及人机交互、语音识别和计算视觉的任务将得到大规模实施,支持的上层应用包括健康监管、智慧教育、智慧城市、智慧交通等。从符号主义认知模型、认知联结主义模型、贝叶斯脑模型、直觉推理与因果模型四个方面,梳理了认知计算模型以理解认知计算是如何模拟大脑的运算模式的,在此基础上,提出了应用于教育领域中的认知计算集成框架。最后从认知计算在充分体现学习科学研究成果、推动智慧学习创新发展、学习支持服务应用和驱动教育决策的精准化这四个方面分析与展望了认知计算在教育领域中的应用前景。
Abstract:
Artificial intelligence, which aims to build an intelligent system that can think and act rationally like human beings, has experienced two low periods and three boom periods. Cognitive computing began to rise in the third boom period, which provides a realistic roadmap for the realization of artificial intelligence. Although there is no unified definition of cognitive computing at present, the common feature of existing definitions is: cognitive computing refers to a series of technologies that imitates the human brain to process information and enhance human decision-making capabilities. First, this paper describes the relevant definitions of cognitive computing, which can help us understand what cognitive computing is. In order to understand how cognitive computing simulates the human cognition process, this paper analyses the cognitive computing model from four aspects: symbolic cognitive model, cognitive connectionist model, Bayesian brain model, intuitive reasoning, and a causal model. This paper proposed an integrated framework of cognitive computing applied in education. Finally, this paper analyzes and prospects the application of cognitive computing in education from the four aspects: how cognitive computing fully reflecting the achievements of learning scientific research, how cognitive computing promoting the innovation and development of smart learning, the application of cognitive computing in learning support service and educational decision-making.
